We typically arrive 60 minutes before the event start time to ensure everything is set up and ready. After the event, teardown usually takes about 30 minutes. If you would like us to set up earlier than 1 hour, you can add an idle hour for $50/hr.

If you’d like to extend your booking on the day of the event, we’re happy to accommodate as long as our schedule allows. Additional time is billed at an hourly rate.
